On COVID-19 vaccinations in 2023

COVID-19 vaccinations in 2023 will be divided into a “Spring round” and an “Autumn round”. The vaccination round that started in autumn 2022 will end on May 7th, 2023. As a result, vaccination tickets from last year have become invalid.

COVID-19 vaccination “Spring round” (May – August)

Who is eligible?

People who have completed their 1st or 2nd vaccination, whose latest vaccination is 3 months or more in the past and who meet at least one of the following requirements.

1. Above 65 years of age
2. Between 5 and 64 years of age and carrying an underlying disease or otherwise at risk of a severe course of infection
3. Working at a medical facility, elderly care facility or at a facility for people with disabilities

Which vaccines are being used?

For people 12 years and above

• Pfizer/BioNTech Vaccine COMIRNATY Omicron BA.1
• Moderna bivalent BA.4/

*The Pfizer/Moderna vaccine will be used, irrespective of which vaccine you may have received priorly.

People between 5 – 11 years of age

• Pfizer COMIRNATY Original/Omicron BA.4/BA.5 for children

How to apply for a vaccination ticket?

• In case of someone between 5-64 years of age who carries an underlying disease or who is otherwise at risk of a severe course of infection

The individual or facility is asked to send an e-mail containing the required information to the address below.

Further we ask you to fill out the application form you will find attached in our response and send it again.
