Kobayashi, although a small city, has been promoting
internationalisation for over 10 years. Presently, with 6
native English speakers working full time in every public
school and within the City Office, Kobayashi aims to further
its children's understanding of other cultures and languages.
This homepage features many photos of the surrounding
area. I'm sure you will agree that Kobayashi is a city of
natural beauty, something that is becoming difficult to find
