Kobayashi Golf Course is set in the beautiful surroundings of Kirishima National Park with some fantastic views as you walk the course. The National Park is specifically recognised for its spring water where hordes of fireflies come to breed every year. The water is also used to hold a collection of over 70 species of unusual freshwater fish from all over the world.
If history is your passion, then Kobayashi also has many historic and somewhat interesting sightseeing areas. Inyoseki, the rock of fertility, is one place that attracts tourists, as well as the Hashimitsu Bridge, built in 1943, which provides some breathtaking scenery.
